Design Leadership and direct Executive Level Client Manager for a new 1250 Car, nine story parking Structure.  440k sf; $27.6M Construction Cost.  Fully engaged in all local approvals process and direct working relationship with the Mayor’s Office, Department of Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals. Planning and Design services for a new 5000sf, replacement employee fitness center. Working directly with owner equipment consultants planning for newly modernized facilities with 50+ employee capacity, operating 24hrs a day.
